Jogging with half of my Family.

 Assalamualaikum, hello everyone. Today I had a GREAT day with some of my Family's members.
When the sun rose and the birds chirping along the peaceful morning,we planned to have a jog at the Lake Valley. After prays for Subuh , we get ready and went to the Lake Valley.

 Before jog, we warm up together as a family.then we jog while having fun in the fresh morning.We played chase and some exercising equipment .

Situasi Banjir di kawasan Pantai Timur , Malaysia

  Assalamualaikum, hello , hari ni nak try cakap bahasa inggeris lah, sorry kalau silap sbb saya tak pandai cakap inggeris sangat pun. Anyway do you heard about the Flood crisis that happened in the Malaysia. I'm sympathize for the victims . Although, my place safe from the flood , but i can feel the pain to surviving in the crisis. I hope I can Help them.

  Actually, I can help them by :-Donates some moneys, foods , clothings and other things
                                                   Pray for their safety
                                                   Go for a charity work if we can
                                                    and more........

    Baru baru ni (sebenarnya takdelah baru sangat ) aku gi terengganu ngan kawan kawan aku , nilah lawatan pertama batch zealot 1418, batch ting. 1 2014 di sekolah menengah sains bagan datoh, sebenarnyaa dah lama dah hehe,ktorang gi pantai batu buruk , Wisma Arfa Batik , pasar payang , SESMA dan mcm mcm lagi. DI SESMA ( sekolah menengah sains sultan mahmud ) kami bermain permainan sukaneka seperti gula gula dlm tepung , musical chair ,belon air dlm kain dan mcm mcm lagi , dan saya menang tempat pertama dlm musical chair, alhamdulillah .
